At Exept Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags and include all tags. Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup. Retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
